Tenants submit requests through our portal, and we coordinate repairs with our vetted contractor network. You approve expenses over your threshold, and we handle the rest. Emergency repairs (flooding, no heat) are handled immediately.

Absolutely. You set the parameters — rent approval, expense thresholds, tenant criteria — and we execute. You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you prefer. We send regular updates and your PM is always a call away.
